Summary: Nice hotel, in the middle of the town. The last night it was some kind of festival and they had a concert/dj playing until 02 in the morning! No warning or heads up about that. I could not sleep until the party was over. It was so loud, just 500meters away from our bedroom window!!

Summary: Hotel is centrally located and has parking right in front of the hotel for free for an hour or there is a parking lot a block away that costs about 4 CHF for a day using the EasyPark app which for some reason was about half the cost of paying at the machine.

Summary: The Appenzell area is a gorgeous rural area with phenomenal scenery. The hotel and town are traditional Swiss architecture with a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and the rooms comfortable. This was our favorite area in Switzerland 🇨🇭.
